A TEAM ROOTED IN SERVICE

OUR STAFF

From the Head Office in Kingston to our regional bases in Mandeville and Montego Bay, our staff are the heart of our daily mission.

πŸ“ Position:Β ISCF Western Region Field Staff Worker

Teisha Nelson-Watson

πŸ“… Connected to the Movement: Since 2002

  • 2002–2005: Student Leader – UCCF Executive at Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College

  • 2006–2007: Staff Advisor & Supporter

  • 2007–Present: Western Region Field Staff – ISCF

πŸ’¬ My Heart for Ministry:
Jesus defines eternal life as knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent, highlighting the importance of this relationship.
For me, knowing God is the essence of life. This deep conviction shapes everything I do. Through SCFSU, I get to walk alongside students and help them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Knowing Jesus Christ is a significant, continuous process β€” one that invites us into personal transformation and calls us to share His love with others.
Every day, I am reminded that this journey is not just about head knowledge β€” it’s about letting Jesus change our hearts and lives, so we can boldly share His love with the world.
Guided by our motto, β€œTo know Christ and to make Him known,” I am committed to investing in the next generation β€” equipping them to live out their faith boldly and authentically.

πŸ“ Position: ISCF Eastern Region Field Staff Worker

Ronaldo R. Rust

πŸ“… Connected to the Movement:Β Since 2010

  • 7 years – ISCF student

  • 5 years – Volunteer with the movement (Assistant Advisor to the ISCF Eastern Regional Executive under the then Eastern Field Staff, Latavia Henry-Campbell; Camp Counsellor at LEAD and Discipleship Camp; Camps Committee Member)

  • 3 years – ISCF Field Staff – Eastern Region

πŸ’¬ Why I love the movement and chose to be here:
β€œI accepted the Lord through the ministry of ISCF students at the age of 13.
From there I grew spiritually. Through ISCF I started preaching the gospel in school and from there to churches across the island. Through ISCF I developed as a leader and grew in confidence in different areas of my life. Through ISCF I met my wife. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for the ministry of SCFSU. As a staff worker I get to give back and help students and teachers to grow, know Christ, and reach and disciple the next generation of youth. I also came on because I saw the need for a stronger evangelistic emphasis with strategies and a more hands-on approach β€” my desire was to fill the gap and make meaningful contributions to the work of the ministry in this area.”

πŸ“ Position: Administrator β€” responsible for managing administrative operations for all three offices

Suzanne C. P. Hinds

πŸ“… Connected to the Movement: Since 2024

  • 2024 – Present: Administrator, responsible for all 3 regions

πŸ’¬ Why I choose to be at SCFSU:

It was the full-time ministry position that opened up at exactly the time I needed one.

It came 2 years after I had retired early from secular employment with the clear intention to step back into full-time ministry.
Though I was not involved as a student, I am grateful to now serve in this role β€” supporting the mission across all three regions.

πŸ“ Position: General Secretary β€” (SCFSU)

Paul Lewis

πŸ“… Connected to the Movement: Since Highschool

  • Started as an ISCF student member

  • 2012 – Present: SCFSU Staff β€” served in various capacities including ISCF and UCCF Staff Worker

πŸ’¬ My Heart for Student Ministry:

My journey with SCFSU began back in high school when I got involved with ISCF. In 2012, I officially joined the staff team and since then, I’ve had the joy of serving in different roles.

I believe deeply that, just like Gideon and his 300 men, students may be underestimated by many β€” but in the hands of God, they are a powerful force for transformation.

Just as Gideon's victory was only possible because God was with him, I am confident that students, empowered by God's presence, can and do accomplish extraordinary things.
